If there’s a storm coming and the trees next to valuable property you don’t spend time thinking about how to sharpen the blade you higher a contractor to remove the tree before the storm so the tree doesn’t destroy your house.

But what about the ability to integrate the tree into the house and just trim some limbs? Or maybe just sell the property? Or get good insurance?

Loads of options, and a good decision makers one who finds what is needed for the client. If the client’s oneself in terms of us being shareholders, you’ll want to agree that the decisions made reflect your beliefs and if they don’t that you speak up or have someone advocate for your belief, perhaps even hypothetically… but what truly matters is the core mission which is unchanging, and we know we already share. So you’ll abide by these terms; loads of options but the mission is option 1, 100% of the time. Sometimes people need time to recharge to keep their engines running smooth and lean and mean for the mission. But we help each other through those times and support those who abide and share our mission.

Support isn’t the right word because even amongst unshakable foundation and form, we all need to self care to be able to care for the mission. But obviously there’s a scale of what’s justifiable when and based on what really went down. If it’s a lost limb style war wound, you become a vet and we have a roof and good for you. If it’s a battle scar, perhaps that means you choose to step away for a bit… but the mission is still our lives cause.

This makes the mission sound religious, but we all know how simple it is:

Help marginalized black communities with basic resources (cash, housing, food), while maintaining and growing the institutions funds, resources, and assets.

Communism’s and all isms have become dirty words; brandings have made liquid that which hardly ever changed. There’s innovation everywhere, but the thieves on-top still hoard and hide in their fiefdoms. Wouldn’t you? But you wouldn’t, because you’re you, and that’s why you’re allowed to read this.

We will create a world where liking communism, or Christianity or being a horse, is accepted and doesn’t allow for bickering over. These are personal choices and no one should impede others if they’re not harming others (or themselves… too badly🧱… no but seriously, no violence ever. We are about ending senseless human violence…. Well and ending thought out violence too. especially that type. Intentional violence without a personal identity, priority for life, or care for the present moment and what it demands of us all, we all serve the mission throughout our lives).
