the fit is called lineage

this is me in a weird outfit.

ai made it.

i told it i’m 22% vietnamese, 2% chinese, about half german/dutch, and a sliver polish.

so the sleeves are red and gold like some áo dài.

the vest part’s dirndl-ish.

the hat’s kind of polish-folk-meets-dutch-bonnet, maybe.

floral embroidery all over—because why not, every culture loves flowers.

the background is mashed up too.

europe on one side, asia on the other.

temple tiles and timber houses just hanging out.

it’s not a real traditional outfit.

but also—it kind of is.

not how any of my ancestors dressed,

but probably how their DNA would dress if it had a day off.

anyway.

this is what heritage looks like now.

if you’re mixed, this sort of thing starts to make sense.

if you’re not, it might still be a cool vibe.

i think it’s a pretty good look.

i’d wear it to a wedding if someone dared me.

lineage: styled and slightly confused,

but still smiling.
