Elon musk is dumb, NFT is smart... but for whom?

While it’s visible he’s not deaf or blind, he sure plays a mean capitalism pinball, there has to be a twist.

One of those truism quotes that sounds convincing, and in a lot of ways is, with its vagueness;

Why rhyme and reason are separated in that other saying with “having no rhyme or reason”.

So if rhyme is separated from reasonability, it must be différentiés from reason…

Does slant rhyme follow and predictable patterns? Half-rhymes? Making up new words to rhyme with the Past doesn’t really seem or feel like any connection to the Past if the half-rhyme was really just coincidence or weird pronunciation.

Smart contracts often bind together the participants in some sort of sustainable loop or intentionally take advantage of the contracts positioning.

Smart homes are pretty stupid. #1 - single family homes are just inefficient uses of space and energy - smart apartment complexes - maybe there’s a bit more marketability to blame, because I don’t mean smart it just is a buzzword like “smart-contracts”, to try to invent new terminology and wordologies. New extension landscapes and additions, adding ons of human thought and “cleverness”. We want homes that respond to our needs, which typically aren’t very smart or sensible… I guess we do want the idea that we can set up home to anticipate our needs, rather than have to tend to our homes. Tiny robots that come out and clean for us, control temperatures, electricity usage optimizations, automated lighting solutions, etc…

But it’s not really a new idea: robots- robotnic- slaves - nay servants to humankind, have raised and lowered the window blinds for us… throughout humans history. Some clever slave, locking a writer of futures to a stone opposite the cave light opening, drawing the curtain before leaving the chained-to-the-present-writer’s eyes to gaze upon the light reflecting from outside onto the cave wall. Pluto is a good dog.

New ideas are new words that rhyme enough with the Past to trick some into mishearing, with the rest left wondering something somewhere between the spectrum of coincidence and fate.

NFTs are a dream future for oldtimers trying to invent new rhymes to catch on with the main streams of time and culture.

Gold, was thought to be finite, the entire supply, staked into one pool, would be guaranteed to be rarer and unique against other shiny rocks and metals. But copper or Steel, or platinum are typically better for practical applications. Gold has its uses, but it deserves more use than to just be a rare currency or shiny jewelry outfit addition.

Coins or Tokens are typically, objects of our collective minds value… each coin and token exchangeable and like to one another; a token for the rides goal is to get you on the ride; not to differentiate it from the token scrachitti’d on with a knife blade.

Art is art- not a “non fungible token”, but instead a copy of an idea in someone’s mind, minted into reality.

Stamp collectors and coin collectors are either esoteric historians useful for chronicling our histories, or eccentric rich or want-to-be-rich fools, misusing the object, and instead just putting it behind a piece of glass or plastic in an attempt to hermetically seal the object from the damage of the wear of time, or the objects life spent fulfilling its original purpose.

Why not have a plentitude?

Real authority derives from the ultimate timechain: existence and historical fact interpreted by clear eyes with rigor and sunlight (unless the archeological dig calls for no UV light, etc…).

Authority comes from on high; some decree from above - not you, but another’s wishes, imposed over your own authoritative decision making.

Some authority is great; a pair of parents and a villages authority nurture youth into adulthood.

But.. babies… oh poor babies without a clear authority daddy figure to trust...

Greedy babies wanting to hold onto their slice of the alley decaying pizza pie that we all call capitalism.

People who believe in Bitcoin believe the authorities controlling the processing (decentralized processing) of their timechain, created by a singular Pseudonym: giving the authority for final design to the hands of 1 to create the rules for the many.

It’s the same with NFTs: governments are warming up, because they realize they can be the issuing authority… and if it’s digital in the computer there with ones and zeros then it’s gotta be a matching digital fingerprint, and fingerprints don’t lie..
